Ladywood Workshops - Council Tenants (excluding tower blocks)

This workshop is aimed at Council Tenants (excluding tower blocks).

The regeneration of Ladywood will impact local people and businesses as well as the wider Ladywood community and affect residents in unique ways. This first stage of engagement will focus on those directly impacted.

Grouped sessions will enable a focused attention on the unique ways you’re impacted, along with your priorities as a Council Tenant (excluding tower blocks).

What can I expect from the workshop?

Workshops will include:

*  Detail about the Resident & Community Charter and what you can expect from this.

*  Information on the proposed timeline, how regeneration works and the stages involved.

*  Opportunity to listen, share, understand your needs, concerns, priorities, and vision for the area.

*  Agree how we’ll communicate and work together going forward.

Our aim is to work collaboratively with you to develop and agree a Resident and Community Charter. The set of commitments that are established through this process, will provide you with some clear assurances and help you to engage with subsequent consultation with improved confidence.
